ISO tank container transportation from Malaysia to Saint Petersburg
Cargo: Raw materials for household chemicals production.
Challenges: Owners of the specialized equipment required for transportation refused to provide it due to non-return risks related to sanctions against Russia.
Solution: An equipment lease agreement was signed under guarantees from our Chinese representative office.
Result: The cargo was delivered in 45 days.
Delivery of sanctioned cargo from the USA to Saint Petersburg
Cargo: Production line.
Challenges: Lack of the required equipment for oversized cargo at the nearest port; sanctioned cargo.
Solution: The required equipment was found, and loading plan changes were approved for that equipment. An intermediary was found to move the cargo out of the USA.
Result: The cargo was delivered in 46 days.
Preparing the customs declaration for import from Busan to Saint Petersburg
Cargo: Conveyors.
Challenges: No breakdown of goods by weight and value; no technical documentation describing the key properties of the goods. Unloading was impossible.
Solution: A preliminary inspection of the containers was conducted at the port, revealing all necessary information and goods not declared in the documents.
Result: A full set of documents was prepared for filing the customs declaration. The declaration was released in 2 hours.
Export organization from Yekaterinburg to South Africa
Cargo: Down-the-hole hammers.
Challenges: It was necessary to exclude the real shipper from transport documents in order to use carriers that comply with sanctions against Russia.
Solution: The cargo was shipped from Vladivostok to South Africa via Ningbo.
Result: Fast delivery completed in 46 days.
Customs clearance for import from Qingdao to Moscow
Cargo: CNC lathe.
Challenges: The invoice value was below the customs risk level, with a possible customs value adjustment of $3,500.
Solution: A complete set of documents was prepared to confirm the value.

Sanctioned cargo from the EU
Cargo: High-speed flexographic printing machine.
Challenges: The cargo was sanctioned. Required transport: 1 low loader and 5 curtain-sided trucks. It had to be moved as one block. During the client’s independent attempt, the cargo was not allowed through the Poland–Belarus land border.
Solution: A multimodal route through third countries was developed, enabling transportation to Russia.
Result: The cargo was exported from the EU and delivered in compliance with all requirements.
TIR trucks with tires
Cargo: Passenger car tires.
Challenges: Five trucks had to be delivered strictly without transshipment within 18 days of loading.
Solution: A solution was found by involving vehicles operating under the TIR system, an international road transport system where cargo crosses borders under a customs seal with minimal inspections.
Result: The cargo was delivered in compliance with all requirements and ahead of schedule.

Cargo: Lithium-ion batteries.
Challenges: A small shipment that standard consolidated services would not accept by sea, rail or road for this product category.
